    • My goal is to encourage wellness and an enjoyable experience for all. I will handle the chaos while you make an unforgettable memory. Clients can expect a fun and efficient experience

 

  • What is your process ?

    1. Client completes intake form and schedules a consultation

    2. Coordinator reviews intake form

    3. Client receives an email with additional questions surrounding event

    4. During consultation, we will flush out the client’s vision for their event

    5. Design event

    6. Create a Pinterest board to collaborate on ideas

    7. Receive client approval

    8. Set a timeline for completing necessary tasks

    9. Assist with finding vendors (If applicable)

    10. Purchase necessary items

    11. Prepare for event

    12. Execute

 

  • What services do I provide?

    • Event Coordination/ Day of Coordinator 

      • I assist with the logistics of the event to ensure it runs smoothly. In this role, I work in a limited capacity as the client requests

    • Special Events

      • Specialize in Girls Night Out / In , Bachelorette Parties , Bridal showers, wedding proposals, Baby Showers, Brunches ,Baby Moons and more!

    • Wellness Retreats
      - Package includes:

      • Stay in luxurious accommodations

      • Personal chef at your requests **

      • Daily activities planned around your overall goals

      • Daily wellness workshops 

    • Couples Retreat

    • I assist with the design and/or execution of the event from start to finish. Coordinate with the client for what they expect from the event

    • It will vary depending on the event/client needs.

    • Yes, I will offer $50 for any client who gets a friend to book and pay in full for services.

    • Webster or Google rather defines wellness as “An active process of becoming aware of and making choices toward a healthy and fulfilling life. Wellness is more than being free from illness, it is a dynamic process of change and growth. "...a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being, and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity."

    • Wellness is not just one aspect of your life, and it is not just NOT being sick. The key to wellness is your own active engagement in pursuing a better life. All aspects of your life – spiritual, financial, social, intellectual,  mental/ emotional, environmental and yes physical.
